delicious breakfast convenient location noisy fridge uncomfortable mattress
i appreciated the room. it was situated very close to both the university and the town centre. the host made delicious breakfast delivered directly to my room (especially the coffee).
The room was noisy because of other guests. the fridge was also quite noisy. the bed mattress was quite uncomfortable. I could feel the springs.

lovely room garden access convenient location
i found the room lovely. the garden was directly accessible from the room, very convenient. the location allowed an easy walk across the road for the dog.
the gate was a bit difficult to open in the rain, so i got a little wet upon arrival.

quiet room near the university
quiet road nice garden good communication prompt replies
i loved the garden just outside the room, it was easy to take the dog for a walk. the location was so quiet, a very nice road. communication from the host was good, i received prompt replies.
the bathroom window lacks privacy, i think it should be frosted. i had to keep the curtains closed for privacy, anybody in the garden could look straight into the bedroom!

a little kitchenette was available, it allowed me to self-cater for breakfast. the kitchenette included a kettle, microwave, and mini fridge which proved very useful! there were two plates and one bowl.

the location was near the university. communication was excellent and check in was easy! the accommodation was comfortable and parking was available! it made everything so simple.

the room had a private bathroom with a great shower. i found a kettle, microwave, and mini fridge available. the tv worked well and the wifi connection was reliable. the bed was comfy (i slept soundly each night!).
the gate handle felt a bit loose, so i was careful when opening it.
